Day #78 - #83

Sunday, May 17: Girls' Bookshelf

Full of our favourite books. This is only a picture of the bookshelf under
Tiger Lily's loft bed, though. We've got another 3-4 shelves that reach to
the ceiling in the living room that are bursting with books. I love books so much! ;)
Monday, May 18: Studying....kinda
Yeah, kinda. They aren't doing actual school. We were just playing pretend school.
Isn't Pretend such a fun game, though?
Tuesday, May 19: Chopsticks
We went to a Japanese restaurant for dinner. I took pictures before dinner, but not
during or after pictures of the food :P However, I did get the darling little
"teapot" that isn't used for tea, rather, it is used for soy sauce.

Wednesday, May 20: Swinging Over the Niagara
I mean, that's so cool, isn't it? Being able to swing over the Falls,
held on, what is she being held by? :P

No, she isn't actually (I'm pretty sure y'all knew that already anyway),
but I forgot to take a picture for today because I was working on this
picture for my Gimp assignment. So I thought I might as well share it! :)
Thursday, May 21: Dogwood Cluster

I think I'm going to try to do a whole week of just flowers next week. What do you think?

  1. Love the book shelf. :) And the picture of the swing over Niagara Falls made me smile. I'm not sure I'd want to swing on it. :P
Sure, a whole week of flowers would be fun. I'd love to see what flowers are blooming "way up north." :)

    1. Oh, you don't want to try out that amazing swing? :) I don't blame you though, I don't think I'd do it either!

  2. we have the first four books on your bookshelf. i love them all. do you, Blessing Counter?
    they are so good!

    1. Yes, I love them as well! I think my absolute favourite though is Lucy Winchester, and the Light from Heaven would be my second favourite. (I cried throughout pretty much the entire book!) What is your favourite, Tiffany?

    2. i guess my favourite would be For One Moment.

    3. Oh yes, that's a good book too! :) Who's your favourite character? Did you cry when Herbie and his brother were taken away with his father? I did! :D

    4. probably close to. i don't know which character is my favourite.

  3. Wow, sounds like you've had a wonderful week! :-) I LOVE BOOKS TOO. I ALWAYS will. :-) And Dogwood cluster is so pretty! It's the kind of flower that doesn't look amazing from a distance but that just takes your breath away from close by. :-)

You have the most adorable siblings. Love the Nigeria Falls picture, haha.

PS Thank you so much for commenting and visiting my blog! :-) <3

    1. Hi Naomi! Welcome to my blog! :D

I know, it seems almost impossible to NOT like books! Do you like fiction or non fiction best? :)

  4. Wow! Those are great photo's!
I don't think I'd like to swing over the Nigara Falls! Your sister is brave ;)

    1. Thanks, Rebekah!

Yeah, I'm with you about that swing! But doesn't it look like fun? :D

  5. i had Hidden rainbow, it was a good book. and I was just reading Lucy Winchester
    I really like it.

    1. Yes, aren't her books really good? :)

Which one do you like the best, Sonia? Hidden Rainbow or Lucy Winchester?

  6. maybe Lucy Winchester, I really don't know, I like them all.

Hi! Thanks for stopping by! :)
I LOVE comments, so please do leave one! I will try and reply as soon as possible :D If you comment under Anonymous, please leave a name (it can be made up or real, your choice ;)
Oh, and as you all probably know, my family and I are under pseudonyms (you didn’t really think I had a brother named Spiderman or Ironman, did ya? We’re weird, but not 'that' weird! :P) If you do know our real names, please don’t say it in the comment box. Public safety stuff ;) Thanks!

Finally, brothers (and sisters!), whatever is true, whatever is honourable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things
