Counting Our Blessings // Hamlette

Happy Wednesday, everybody!

Today, our special guest is the one and only.... *drumroll* Hamlette!

~           ~           ~

My name is Rachel, but I'm known around the blogging world as Hamlette, and I blog at Hamlette's Soliloquy and The Edge of the Precipice.  I've been a wife for almost fourteen years and a mother for eight.  I'm also a writer, and I homeschool my three kids.

Right now, I'm thankful for all the beautiful spring flowers that are beautifying my part of the world.

I'm thankful for good health that lets me get outside with my kids to enjoy the nice weather.

I'm thankful for having had a wonderful Easter celebration with family and friends.

And above all, I'm thankful for the reason we celebrated Easter -- Jesus dying to take away our sins and rising again so we know we'll have eternal life with him.

  1. Thanks for asking me to take part in your blog series :-)

    1. Thank YOU so much for guest posting! I love all of your little blessings! Wish I could say specifically which one was my favourite, but they're all so great, it's impossible to choose. Flowers, good health, family, Jesus' sacrifice; it's all so wonderful! :D

  2. All wonderful things to be grateful for! Thank you for reminding us to be grateful for the little things!

    1. Thanks, Bethany R., and you're welcome :-)

  3. All lovely blessings! Beautiful pictures too! :)

    1. Thanks, Faith! Spring is gorgeous around here :-)

Hi! Thanks for stopping by! :)
I LOVE comments, so please do leave one! I will try and reply as soon as possible :D If you comment under Anonymous, please leave a name (it can be made up or real, your choice ;)
Oh, and as you all probably know, my family and I are under pseudonyms (you didn’t really think I had a brother named Spiderman or Ironman, did ya? We’re weird, but not 'that' weird! :P) If you do know our real names, please don’t say it in the comment box. Public safety stuff ;) Thanks!

Finally, brothers (and sisters!), whatever is true, whatever is honourable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things
